Plainly, and in full. Last updated 4 September 2026.
Eventide Editions is a small independent press. You can write to us at any time:

Eventide Editions
Calle Ramón y Cajal, s/n
22400 Monzón (Huesca), Spain
Your email address. That is all.
We also record which page you signed up from, so that we know to send you the right file. We do not collect your name, your age, your location or anything else, and we never ask you for them.
To send you the file you asked for, and to write to you now and then — usually with a complete reading, and occasionally when there is a new book. Nothing else.
The legal basis is your consent, which you gave by entering your address. You can take it back whenever you like.
Two companies help us run this, and no others:
We do not sell your address. We do not rent it, share it, or pass it to anybody else, for any reason. If that ever changed we would ask you first.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is nothing here from Google, from Facebook, or from anyone else watching what you do.
Your browser stores one small note to remember that you have already been shown the offer of the free download, so that it does not keep appearing. It stays on your own computer and tells us nothing.
Until you ask us to stop. When you unsubscribe, your address is deleted — not marked inactive and kept, actually deleted.
You have the right to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to object to us using it. Write to ruth@eventideeditions.com and we will do it. There is no form to fill in and we will not ask you why.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One press is enough.
If you think we have handled your information badly and we have not put it right, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If we change this page we will change the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you by email rather than hoping you notice.
